Our Restaurant Hind Indisk Restaurant will open a new location in the heart of Copenhagen.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian head chef for our restaurant in Copenhagen. As the head chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic Indian dishes and leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian head chef for our restaurant in Copenhagen. As the head chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic Indian dishes and leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Basic Education as a cook or 20+ years of experience
- Experience as an Indian head chef with the ability to create authentic dishes from different regions in India.
- Experience with niche concepts such as Indian street food Is a plus.
- You have education within
- Knowledge of different ingredients and spices. and the ability to use them to create a unique taste experience.
- Leadership skills to lead and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English is also a big advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and updating menus in collaboration with the management.
- Ensuring high-quality and consistent food preparation and presentation.
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Hiring, training, and managing kitchen staff.
- Ensuring kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.
- Meeting food safety standards and regulations.
