The position As a manager you will report to the Vice Presidents (VP) of Trial Data Management and be a member of the Trial Data Management VP leadership team As a Manager Trial Data Management at , you will: Manage and lead a team of highly engaged data managers. together with your colleagues in Denmark and in India, be responsible for the data management deliverables within your assigned project area. Motivate and develop the competency development of your team members. Ensure quality in the work and drive continuous improvements and process development. Will be responsible for the department budget and collaborate closely with managers from other Trial Data Management teams and stakeholders. Challenge and improve current processes, embracing new methods and working styles. Utilize the full potential of your team through empowerment. Your workplace will be in Søborg and travel abroad could be expected 1-2 times per year. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications: Strong track record of line management combined with innovation and change management, or knowledge of data management paired with significant management talent and a keen interest in driving innovation Several years of experience as a project or line manager, with preferable knowledge of drug development and data management deliveries within a pharmaceutical R&D organization Experience in supervision and mentoring of staff, along with a background of working in international and diverse professional groups Proven ability to set direction, lead, and motivate teams, coupled with strong stakeholder management capabilities Comfortable navigating high levels of complexity and demonstrating solid problem-solving capabilities Willingness to work in a risk-based environment, with the courage and curiosity to explore different solutions and challenge established processes Excellent collaboration and communication skills, adaptable to collaborating at all organizational levels, with fluency in English About the department The Trial Data Management function consists of six departments in Denmark, six departments in India and one department in US, and is part of the Development area. We are responsible for ensuring data integrity and for the timely flow of data through the many systems we use for collecting clinical trial data, conforming to regulatory requirements and industry-standards. Trial Data Management delivers high quality data for further analysis and reporting and work with stakeholders across many functions, both within and outside Development and we are an essential part of clinical drug development in . In Development, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product introduction and life cycle management. We ensure medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics.
