The position
As a cLEAN Partner to the CVP in Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics, you will be responsible for leading, driving, and implementing the overall cLEAN Supply System agenda across our CVP area and beyond. The position
As a cLEAN Partner to the CVP in Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics, you will be responsible for leading, driving, and implementing the overall cLEAN Supply System agenda across our CVP area and beyond. You will utilize LEAN capabilities to support our strategic aspirations and achieve real impactful business benefits. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop cLEAN roadmap (cLEAN Supply System) for Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics and deploy plan via mobilizing and engaging cLEAN organization and leaders across CVP area on the cLEAN priorities.
- Execute timely on agreed CVP area projects/activities within the broader cLEAN Leadership agenda in Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics.
- Establish, manage, and set direction for cLEAN partner organization in Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics with regards to the cLEAN Supply System, the cLEAN academy, and the improvement processes.
- Serve as a strong LEAN sparring partner for the CVP leadership team, and local cLEAN organisations.
- Establish and maintain a ‘masterplan’ for key cLEAN activities and drive project deliverables according to plan.
- Generate engagement and followship via acting as an energized, pragmatic, and hands-on role-model of cLEAN ‘thinking way’.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you:
- Have a minimum of five years of experience with LEAN implementation, project management, and strategy deployment.
- Have experience in a manufacturing and/or supply chain environment, preferably within a regulated industry.
- Hands-on experience driving LEAN implementation.
- Excel in translating LEAN strategy into action.
- Are proficient in English in writing/speaking.
