As a People Leader at [xxxxx], you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing talent within our organization. With a focus on developing a strong Agile mindset and fostering personal and professional growth, you will lead employees operating within specific domains while supporting strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing mental wellbeing and critical competencies. Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Attract, onboard, and evaluate talent, ensuring a balanced skill set within the organization.
• Develop Agile competencies and assist in executing the IT strategy alongside other People Leaders.
• Foster career development through mentoring, succession planning, and performance feedback.
• Provide coaching and support to enhance employee competencies and motivation.
• Manage budgeting, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support transformation initiatives while handling administrative duties efficiently. Which competencies to bring?
To be successful in this role, we believe you can tick most off the following requirements:
• M.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant field such as HR or IT.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and proven ability to develop talent, and support the implementation of strategic, cross-organizational initiatives focused on areas like mental wellbeing and competency development.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies with advanced knowledge of SAFe/Agile principles, coupled with experience in evolving organizational Agile mindsets and fostering learning cultures in medium-sized organizations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required, Danish will be a great advantage.
• Experience from Pharma and/or IT. As a person, you seek understanding, managing pressure with calmness and empathy, fostering inclusivity and respecting diversity. You excel at building teams, creating engaging environments, fostering trust, and motivating high performance, especially during change. The department is responsible for IT and automation for one of the key production sites in [xxxxx]. We are part of the DD&IT (Digital, Data & IT) organisation, but based in the heart of [xxxxx], our production site in Bagsvaerd. We ensure daily operations, we support and maintain the infrastructure, we are part of 30+ projects, we develop and support 45+ different IT Systems and Computerized Equipment and we digitalize the production. We set the strategic direction for IT and automation and ensure that processes across production lines are automated and optimised. The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark and work hand-in-hand with our Product Supply colleagues, meaning that you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes to the next level.
