In this role, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining Short-Term Planning processes and leading strategic initiatives within Product Supply (PS) at Novo Nordisk. Your duties include enhancing team engagement, establishing standardized processes, and facilitating effective communication among diverse stakeholders.
As a people manager at Novo Nordisk improving Short-Term Planning, you will have the opportunity to:
• Identify challenges and proactively set up initiatives to enhance the efficiency of short-term planning.
• Drive relevant and simplified reporting across PS.
• Plan strategy deployment to ensure effective execution.
• Ensure participation in planning transformation programs.
• Communicate progress and performance updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Drive relevant capability building within Product Supply through training initiatives and personal knowledge enhancement.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Proven experience in short-term planning or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with key stakeholders across Product Supply and Regions.
• Familiarity with production planning and master data is a plus.
About the department
The Short-Term Planning team is a vital part of our Operational Planning department. Located at our headquarters, the team consists of more than 35 dedicated professionals who work closely with both production and the commercial organization. We set the direction for the organization’s production planning and ensure smooth operations even when things don’t go according to plan. Fast-paced and dynamic, our department is growing to prepare for the future.
