If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Utility Team in Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Active Pharmaceuitcal Ingredients (API) Pilot Operations at Novo Nordisk. The Position As an Associate Manager of the Utility Team, you will lead a team responsible for securing HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Airconditioning), black and clean utility supplies to our 5 Pilot facilities. The main tasks will be to:
  • Ensure stable supplies with sufficient capacity to support the production of drug substances for clinical studies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in pilot plants to maintain production-ready facilities.
  • Empower and develop team members, ensuring stable supplies and efficient operations.
  • Contribute to investment projects for equipment replacement and optimization.
    • Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A technical background as an Engineer, bachelor’s in technology management and engineering (“Maskinmester”), or similar.
  • Experience in the pharma industry and knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
    • It is preferable that you have good technical insight and interest in HVAC, Black and Clean Utility. About the Department The CMC API Pilots Operations (Technical Support) department is supporting API manufacturing and process development of new API candidates for Novo Nordisk development projects. Our team of over 70 employees supports the scalability and robustness of API processes for clinical studies and market production. As part of the Utility Team, you will work closely with skilled employees to secure all necessary supplies for API production.
