The position As our Project Procurement Analyst, you will be working closely with the Project Procurement Leads, Contract Managers, Project Controllers, Project Support, Project Management, and our partners in Novo Nordisk HQ. Your key role will be to support the Procurement Leads and Project Management all matters of project controlling and reporting, including contract performance, risks, economy, time, quality and changes. Therefore, you might need to retrieve, organise, analyse, and present massive amounts of data. You can also look forward to: Maintaining the overall overview of milestone development, commitments, claims, and payments. Developing and applying standardized procurement controlling and reporting routines on contract, category, supplier, and project level. Maintaining procurement risk register and supporting mitigation planning in cooperation with Procurement Leads and Contract Managers. Maintaining the overall spend development overview and providing regular forecasts. Supporting compliance-related monitoring related to procurement & contract management standards within Novo Nordisk, as well as supporting internal and external audits.
You will also take part in the ongoing process optimization, which includes identifying optimization initiatives within your area of responsibility. As part of this exciting career opportunity, you can expect some travelling, up to 10 days / year. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect that you have: An academic degree in Economics, Engineering, Business or similar. +3 years of relevant theoretical and/or practical experience within procurement or supply chain management; as well as basic knowledge of strategic procurement and contract management processes. Great attention to detail and ability to analyse and present massive amounts of data from various sources. A proven track record of managing several tasks simultaneously in an efficient and structured manner. You are proficient in both written and spoken English.

About the department Join us at 25L API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) Capacity Expansion and become a part of one of Novo Nordisk’s most significant expansion projects, embedded in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). In BRD, we are building a new API production facility in Hillerød that will employ around 340 colleagues. The highly automated production facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will also expand our portfolio of clinical late phase products and increase our capacity to serve more people living with rare disease and serious chronic diseases.
