As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for a fleet of equipment at multiple sites used for decorating plastic components for the device FlexTouch®. Key success criteria will be to provide technical support and manage projects related to process improvements. You will be responsible for:
• Providing technical support to suppliers
• Driving or initiating continuous improvements projects to increase safety, quality, compliance, output, and stability using LEAN principles.
• Ensuring validated state, GMP-compliance and readiness for inspection/audit.
• Knowledge sharing across sites to ensure improved performance
• Participate in deviations or customer complaints and handle change requests
• Budgeting need for spare parts, repairs and maintenance. In this position you will be responsible for equipment based on newly implemented technology, which is located at sites in Denmark and Czech Republic. Therefore, you should expect to travel approx. 60 days a year. Your qualifications
The position can be held by a broad range of profiles and we will adjust it according to your competencies. We expect you to have: • A bachelor degree or higher within a relevant field of engineering, e.g. mechanical or similar.
• Preferably, 2+ years of relevant experience within a pharmaceutical company, stakeholder management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). However, newly graduates are welcome to apply.
• Enjoy technical problem solving
• Strong communication skills, English Language (verbal and written) is required. As a person, you are ambitious, proactive and ready to interact with people at all levels in the organisation. You have technical understanding and solve problems systematically, independently and through cooperation when applicable. About the department
Global Automation Operations is part of Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS) located in Hillerød. The team consist of highly dedicated Process Engineers and Techincians, each with their area of expertise and several years of experience in production and quality areas. It is a team crucial for the continuous improvement of our processes, ensuring timely delivery of our products without compromising on quality. Our main tasks are to provide support to all our device component stakeholders, drive proactive improvements and ensure our sustainable value chain through Life Cycle Management.
