Join us as our new Associate Manager for Material Handling team. The position As an Associate Manager for Material Handling, you will play a key role in the department as a leader of a team of 25 highly committed and professional Operators. The team's responsibility is to ensure optimal operation of the automated material handling equipment, process improvements, a high focus on quality and delivery to our production Lines. You will be part of the management group, where you can look forward to working with both long-term strategic directions, but also with daily routines, and prioritization of operations and projects. Your tasks will be varied and include the following elements: Driving performance by optimizations. Developing the team and ensuring the employees are engaged and motivated. Ensuring optimal staffing for 24/7 operations throughout the year. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: A relevant degree and a solid experience with automation or supply chain (a plus). Min. 2 years of people management experience from similar jobs. Preferable experience with the production and/or development of pharmaceuticals is an advantage, as is a basic understanding of GMP. Good communication skills in Danish and English. This position requires equal parts professional and managerial focus, including the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the job requires a high degree of structure and systematicity to have a continuous overview of the production, the tasks, and the team. Knowledge of cLEAN® will therefore be preferable. As a leader, you naturally motivate and involve your employees through your great commitment. You radiate calmness and overview, which means that your many stakeholders perceive you as professional and trustworthy and that the employees want to follow you. About the department The Material Handling department in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area with approx. 70 employees and 5 managers. The site is running in a Lean fashion and with just-in-time deliveries, relying on highly automated material handling equipment and systems. The department is responsible for all materials, entering and exit our Finished Products Production lines.
