Do you want to drive, plan, and execute various procurement related projects in PS API in Kalundborg and have significant influence on driving change in our procurement operations? Then you might be our new Procurement Project Manager in API Business Support. The position
We have an exciting position to offer with a great variety of tasks, ranging from Project Manager for procurement-related improvement projects across the SVP area Identifying procurement related opportunities and assessing their viability Analysing spend and market data, and translate these into simplified logical statements Investigate best-practises that has applicability to our business area Prepare and plan communication strategies and material for end-user and stakeholders Manage stakeholders across the SVP areas and our Global Procurement Functions Drive dialogue with current and potential suppliers on relevant opportunities As our new Procurement Project Manager, you will gain the responsibility for identifying, assessing, planning and executing procurement projects, with the aim of improving current practises in out operational areas. Qualifications You have 3+ years of experience from a similar job You understand how projects are executed with longevity and user-involvement in mind You have strong project management skills and flair for planning and coordinating You can navigate in a large and complex stakeholder landscape You have a confident and persuasive attitude that enables other to perform You have good understanding of the end-to-end procurement processes You are fluent in Danish & English and you are skilled in MS Office On a personal level, you present a “can-do” approach and a result-oriented attitude. You enjoy being part of a global work environment and able to communicate complex issues in an easy-to-understand way. You can set direction when needed and manage numerous changes and priorities effectively. You can work independently and at the same time, you are a team player, always working towards reaching strong business results. We Support our PS API production facilities with financial planning, analysis, and business insights. We transform data into strategies, and we are responsible for the indirect spend and for defining and driving the procurement strategy. We contribute to a range of optimisation projects and provide the insights that shape the way we will do things in the future.
We work with our customers and our Global Procurement Functions, why your daily work includes presence in both Kalundborg and Bagsværd, wherever it makes most sense for the specific project.
