About the department
You will be working in a dynamic Logistics team, residing in the ODFP Business Development & Support unit, with 8 other dedicated colleagues in Måløv. The team’s primary objective is to deliver products to our patients with right quality and at the right time, as well as, ensuring we are forefront with the capacity in order to meet future patients demand.
ODFP is a growing area in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PS, Q & IT), responsible for the production of all tablet-based products at Novo Nordisk.
The position
You will be responsible for operational planning process for the bulk production area for future products, and you will be leading the work in developing production plans and ensuring that our products are delivered timely in order to meet customer’s demand.
Key responsibilities will also include:
• Coordinating test activities for future products
• Working in close collaboration with production, manufacturing development and sourcing operation
• Pro-actively engaging with key stakeholders to develop the plans and decision material
• Coordinating for release of products with QA to allow timely shipments
• Change request and deviation handling
The overall objective is to ensure stable and reliable planning while continuously improving the supply chain. It is expected that you have interest in understanding the bulk tablets process and being able to combine this knowledge with your supply chain expertise to ensure best possible operational plan.
Moreover, you will work to ensure that quality is high, and that our processes are in compliance. Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a high level of drive, initiative and persistency.
To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold an academic degree within a relevant discipline e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain Management
• Have minimum 2/3 years of supply chain experience
• Have full English proficiency
• Additionally, have gained solid experience within SAP
It will be seen as an advantage if you have gained experience within a pharmaceutical company and have some Danish fluency.

You thrive in a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines.
