Do you want to drive, plan, and execute sourcing events and activities together with LoB in PS API in Kalundborg? Then you might be our new Sourcing Professional in API Business Support. The position
We have an exciting position to offer with a great variety of tasks, ranging from Responsible for implementation of sourcing tools & processes Planning and execution of Sourcing Events in collaboration with the SVP area Drive and execute negotiations with suppliers Managing end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities and related actions. Focus on supporting our LoB with sourcing events and procurement support Ensure procurement compliance and contract management across the SVP area As our new Sourcing Professional, you will gain the responsibility for planning and executing sourcing events, as well as supporting LoB in our CVP areas with local sourcing activities. Qualifications You have strong administrative skills and flair for planning and coordinating You have a service minded and persuasive attitude that enables other to perform You have an excellent understanding of the end-to-end procurement processes Knowledge in sourcing processes in CAPEX projects You have a technical or administrative background You are proactive and have a solution-oriented mindset when it comes to solving your tasks You are fluent in Danish & English and you are a skilled MS Office user and knowledge in Coupa or SAP is a plus On a personal level, you present a “can-do” approach and a result-oriented attitude. You enjoy being part of a global work environment and able to communicate complex issues in an easy-to-understand way. You can set direction when needed and manage numerous changes and priorities effectively. You can work independently and at the same time, you are a team player, always working towards reaching strong business results. You are self-driven and able to follow up on agreements and establish a strong professional relation internally and externally.
About the department
We Support our PS API production facilities with financial planning, analysis, and business insights. We transform data into strategies, and we are responsible for the indirect spend and for defining and driving the procurement strategy. We contribute to a range of optimisation projects and provide the insights that shape the way we will do things in the future.
