The position will be held in Ørestad, Denmark.The PositionAs our new Supply Chain CoE Manager your overall objective is to foster a competitive, responsive, and agile supply chain. You will take the lead on balancing demand and acting as a business partner while ensuring a competitive setup by continuously improving the supply chain. The job entails stakeholder management, and you thrive in providing proactive, timely, and adequate information to stakeholders locally as well as in the region.Key AccountabilitiesYou will work with our Irish affiliate, handling various supply chain topics and growing our S&OP capability You will ensure a smooth collaboration with the manufacturing department of NN, whilst also ensuring a robust and reliable supply chain for the Irish affiliate You will support regional supply chain initiatives across the CoE region, such as identifying and proactively engaging in implementing standardization, optimization, and simplification of processes You will take a coordinating role in the preparation and execution of new product launches You should have a quality mindset to respond to these tasks You will be expected to travel to the affiliate every second month.Qualifications Previous exposure to supply chain management, ideally with a background in pharma. We are also open to FMGC, biotech, life sciences, or another authority-regulated environment Strong analytical skills and ability to identify process improvement opportunities across the supply chain Prior experience with demand management and IBP High analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (like SAP) is an advantage Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills with the ability to drive change with stakeholders Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken at a business level About the DepartmentThe NWE Supply Chain Centre of Excellence (CoE), provides supply chain services for multiple countries in the North West European region and has demonstrated a strong business partnering mindset.
