Do you want to play a part in building up the new supply chain function in Biotech and Rare Disease? Are you curious about working with continuous improvements? And do you have a special interest for supply chain management? We are looking for 2 supply chain specialists in Business Support - Are you ready for your next challenge? The Position As this is a newly established function you will get the opportunity to influence the position together with the team. Your tasks will include: Ensure overview of BRD overall production capacities in close collaboration with production departments and the finance department. Be part of improving and developing BRD production footprint with the Strategy team. Develop supply chain scenarios, describe consequences, operational outlook perspectives and recommendations to management. Provide input to BRD Business reviews, Long Term Forecasting, budget processes, Business Plan, and communicate priorities to various stakeholders. Identify optimisation initiatives and input to overall regulatory submission plans in collaboration with Life Cycle Management teams. Follow up on critical regulatory submissions and timelines and ensure timely escalation in case of delays. The job requires a high degree of collaboration and making your influence matter across the organisation. You will work closely with other specialists and management across the area, both in meetings and on the factory shop floors. Qualifications As a person you are structured, have a strong analytical and quality mindset and are known for building good relations with your colleagues and stakeholders across all levels and functions in an organization. Furthermore you have: 5+ years of Supply Chain experience Deep understanding of the regulatory impact on the Supply Chain Thrive in working with tight deadlines Great overview of complex processes Knowledge of the pharma industry Excellent English skills, spoken and written. You enjoy working independently and building strong and lasting relationships across various production areas, as this is a new position where you will greatly influence the processes with colleagues and stakeholders. About the department Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Business Support is based in Gentofte and our employees are highly valued partners for the BRD business. We go where we are needed the most and collaborate with production and central functions, R&D, as well as our Rare Disease Operations headquarters in Zürich. We are app. 40 colleagues who support the production with the important areas of Supply Chain Planning, Finance, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), as well as Strategy and Communication. We bring value to patients by having the high-level overview across BRD and by supporting production within key areas with highly skilled partners to make operation run as smooth as possible in collaboration with local colleagues.
