You will be a part of the DD&IT CIO stab working in a cross functional setup to ensure the best administrative support to our management team working closely together with the CIO Personal Assistant and People & Organisation (P&O). As our new administrative assistant your main role will be to support the CIO Personal Assistant and P&O in daily tasks. Additionally, you will have tasks across the DD&IT area in cooperation with the DD&IT Admin team. More specifically the role includes, among others, the following responsibilities: Provide administrative support in daily tasks in alignment with the CIO Personal Assistant, e.g., travel coordination, contact to external stakeholders, follow-up on budgets, system accesses and onboarding. Assist with activities and coordinate and execute meetings within our area and across DD&IT. Assist with coordination and planning of DD&IT events, e.g., Leadership Summit, Connects and P&O sessions. Contribute to an optimal cross-functional administrative team collaboration. This is a new role, which means that you will be able to influence and shape the content of the role according to your strengths and the ongoing business needs. Please note that from the 1st of January 2024 this position will be located primarily in Ballerup, while some working days are expected to remain in Bagsværd. Qualifications
The right candidate for this position is excited about the opportunity to be a part of the cross functional admin team and want to make a significant difference for your peers and colleagues in DD&IT. Furthermore, you have the following qualifications: Extensive experience from the role as administrative assistant/coordinator, preferably from an international company. Proficient in MS office and you are a fast learner and quick to pick up new software skills. Experience with Concur and SAP is an advantage. Experience with stakeholder management on different levels. Thrive with a high level of freedom to structure your workday and can easily work independently. Communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in English at business level. As a person you are flexible, have a high level of integrity and the ability to keep your sense of urgency, structure, and overview in a fast-changing environment. You are service-minded, proactive, and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. You have a strong personal drive, and you master the art of working independently as well as a part of the administrative team.
