The position In the role of an Innovation Community Facilitator, you will work closely with important technical stakeholders across the industry to ensure development and strategies that promote innovation and collaboration within the community for innovative use in Novo Nordisk.
  • Facilitate and drive Novo Nordisk's interaction in industry pharmaceutical technology forums as Biophorum
  • Develop and implement strategies that promote innovation and collaboration within the industry and in Novo Nordisk
  • Find and maintain the Novo Nordisk organization in the community as e.g., track leads on specific technical tracks
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders as track leads and sponsors
  • Drive the development of new initiatives and tracks within the community while monitoring and reporting on the progress of initiatives and projects
  • Translate the community work to be used by key stakeholders in Novo Nordisk
  • Qualifications To excel in this role, you need to have the following:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field as e.g. Engineering, Business or similar
  • Documented experience in community facilitation and management
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and technology forums is a plus
  • Track record of industry 4.0 technologies would also be an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
  • We are seeking a candidate who possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building with various stakeholders. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial, as the role requires autonomy while also engaging in collaborative projects. The ideal candidate should demonstrate drive and an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly seeking new opportunities and solutions. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure successful execution of initiatives. About the Department The job will be placed in a newly established department called Biotech & Rare Diseases (BRD) Innovation & Tech Strategy. The department is part of BRD Manufacturing Development (MDev) with base in Denmark. BRD MDev are approximately 340 colleagues who directs the product and process development for all BRD, driving innovation when it comes to industry 4.0 technologies and expansion of the product portfolio. Together we drive change by always looking for improvements within our processes and in the way we work to make our products reach as many patients as possible. Working at Novo Nordisk BRD is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network producing and supplying quality pharmaceutical products for Rare Diseases, obesity, and diabetes. BRD are also to build new Biotech competences to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
