The position
As Health & Safety Partner your main responsibility is to be a specialist advisor within compliance and legislation on Health & Safety (HS) matters, as well as support and drive initiatives and projects at our production facilities. This includes:
• Drive the Local Manufacturing HS network and act as support for the HS partners at LM sites
• Handle and report on compliance requirements for our production processes and facilities
• Support production in planning and execution of audits within the HS area
• Drive goals related to Health & Safety and advise our stakeholders
• Analyze data, communicate, and act as the managers wingman within your field
• Ensure key deliverables and implementation according to plans and follow up on achieved results
• Timely and competent HS involvement in changes e.g. planning, design and execution of projects, and collaborate through regular meetings to ensure continuous alignment on processes as well as continual improvements within HS

To ensure success in your work, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels such as Management, Project managers, other HS partners and colleagues in production and will further develop the HS culture and HS behavior to a higher level.
You will be part of an ambitious Local Manufacturing Business Support and drive the network of HS partners at our local manufacturing sites in Iran, Algeria, Russia and Japan. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• An academic background or relevant experience from the health and safety industry or other industries/organizations where processes and activities are centered around high standards of health and safety for employees and patients.
• Expert in general HS aspects, strategic and operational
• The ability to navigate a complex process landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills with good experience in planning, presenting data, and supporting and motivate key stakeholders on different level of seniority.
• Knowledge in processes within the pharma industry and you feel comfortable with new technologies.
• Full professional proficiency in English & Danish.
• Curious to other cultures and ability to travel to LM sites globally when necessary
As a person you have a fundamental desire to make a difference within health and safety. You have a high personal drive, works independently and can pursue key focus areas. You aim to create big networks across the organization and are strong in building relationships.

Local Manufacturing is a part of Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing, Devices and Sustainability (CSDS) with more than 800 employees based in Denmark, Japan, Algeria, Iran and Russia.
