The position We're looking for a talented and motivated Student Assistant to join us at our headquarters in Søborg. As our Student Assistant, you will work on a wide range of tasks that will challenge and develop your skills. Using your statistical and modeling background, as well as your programming experience in R, VBA, and Python to develop and manage R programming projects and version control using Azure DevOps and Git Preparing data files for modeling tasks and digitizing information from scientific papers and regulatory documents Reviewing quality control presentations, reports, and articles The job is quite flexible; however, we would like you to spend up to 8 hours a week with us, preferably one day a week. Qualifications You are currently enrolled in the beginning of your study at the university thereby being able to keep this job for a couple of years. Your education could be in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or other degrees that can support our programming tasks. Well-structured, self-motivated, and eager to apply skills outside the classroom High level of responsibility, flexibility, independence, initiative, and a good sense of humor Excellent computer skills in MS Office Fluency in English We use our skills, dedication, and ambition to help people with diabetes and change their lives. About the department We offer you a challenging and rewarding role where you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that handles project questions relating to model-based analysis. We are approximately 30 scientists with different data science backgrounds. Our applied models range from linear models to compartment models to model-based meta-analyses. You will have the opportunity to work independently, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the development of innovative pharmaceutical products.
