Training Coordinator in CMC API Development Do you have a passion for competence development and want to play a crucial role in developing the best training-setup for our employees in CMC API Development an area in rapid growth? Are you structured, self-motivated and able to set clear direction? Then you might be the new Training coordinator we are looking for! The Position As Training coordinator, you work closely with many stakeholders and target groups to support optimal training. You will be the anchor for supporting, simplifying, and optimizing our training set-up in a period of rapid expansion. You will contribute with analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems while ensuring training compliance in the daily operations. Your key tasks will be; Structure and secure that our training system is balanced at the correct level, so that it is effective and up to date. You actively identify and drive training improvement initiatives. Manage training content in the Simple Training Administration (STA) tool Coach local management in the training toolbox and advice regarding corporate or cross-organizational initiatives Track past due training and act if needed Be part of our network of training coordinators from across the CMC area Join the planning, preparation, and execution of audits and inspections in API Dev and support during audits and inspections. Be part of the go-to unit on quality subjects; you support as needed by applying systematic problem-solving, process mapping, or other LEAN methodologies. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have: Experience within training development and implementation Experience from working within GMP and compliance in pharmaceutical industry Ideally experience within project management or in a similar role to Training Coordinator High verbal and written communication skills in both English and Danish, plus good presentation skills. A scientific academic degree in relevant discipline or 3+ years of work in similar position Enjoy interactions with different scientific stakeholders, at all levels in API Dev (scientific areas cover: chemistry, cell banks, virology, isotope technique, protein science and expression/cultivation). Experience with LEAN, behavioral design and e-learning solutions is an advantage, but not mandatory. On a personal level, you possess strong communication skills - including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from stakeholders. You have an investigative and analytical approach to problems and strive to see them first-hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution. About the department As the Training Coordinator, you will join the Virology and Raw Materials department in Bagsværd, Denmark, and collaborate with all GMP-related departments in the CVP area, including virology, isotope chemistry, cell banks, and project office. The Virology and Raw Materials department consists of over 50 colleagues organized into four teams and is responsible for ensuring the virus safety of our API's and qualifying GMP materials for clinical production. While this position is primarily office-based, we offer flexibility to work from home when the tasks at hand allow.
