The position As the Portfolio Analyst, you will:
  • Set up regular digital product meetings with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment among teams.

  • Utilize your expertise in business intelligence to enhance portfolio data analysis, empowering stakeholders with valuable insights.

  • Develop impactful presentations and demos to engage both internal and external audiences.

  • Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders, ensuring their success in navigating the digital transformation portfolio.

  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business intelligence analysis, data management, and reporting

  • Strong background in BI tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI)

  • At least 1 years’ experience working in a digital product team building digital products (as a PO, PM, Designer, Scrum Master, developer, or similar role)

  • As a person, you possess excellent communication and presentation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Novo Nordisk Development spends more than €100mn yearly on digital solutions – in Development Digital Transformation Office, we make sure that the strategic impact of our investments is maximised. As we invest heavily in digital products across Development, our area guides these investments to deliver important business outcomes and value to users. We are responsible for the portfolio strategy, product prioritisation, tracking value realisation, aligning change efforts and maturing ideas for new digital products. We are a key contributor to set direction for cultural evolution, ways-of-working and capability building across the organisation.
