As Ardian’s infrastructure business experiences rapid growth, we’re seeking a
Finance Manager
to join our Group Finance team. This role is vital to our success, and as the CFO’s right hand, you’ll have the chance to make a significant impact on our business. We’re looking for an ambitious and driven professional to manage our finances and develop comprehensive valuation models that will guide our growth in the years ahead.
The impact you’ll make in this role
Alongside valuation, you will be tasked with managing treasury risks, including safeguarding our electricity business, trading emission allowances, and overseeing currency hedges.
There is also a need to oversee cash flow forecasting, cash management, and daily cash operations. Your duties will additionally encompass monitoring and projecting loan portfolios and coordinating ad hoc banking and financing activities to support our investment decisions and assist with the refinancing of our operations.
This position offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with major international financial institutions and organizations on projects that are comparable in scope and complexity to a large corporate acquisition. This provides an excellent chance to gain valuable experience and build relationships with industry leaders, while contributing to significant financial projects.
The work is fast paced, demanding, and intellectually stimulating. We look for candidates with the following:
- A higher degree from finance or engineering.
- Fluency in Finnish and English, Swedish being a plus.
- A few years of relevant experience from corporate finance, private equity, or other relevant finance experience.
- Excellent skills in financial modelling and valuation.
- A master in data visualization.
- A team player with good business acumen.
- Experience from infrastructure advisory or M&A is appreciated but not a must.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset. You should be comfortable with managing complex financial portfolios.

The position is based in our Vantaa office. We apply a hybrid work model where remote work is an option, but we hope to see you at the office frequently too.
