As a Clinical Project Lead you will assume accountability for end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of 2-4 global trials. You will lead the Trial Squads, the global cross functional teams driving the clinical trials successfully towards completion. To succeed in the role, we expect you to possess strong people and leadership skills. Your responsibilities will also include:
• Ensure that project key deliverables are met on time, at a high quality and within budget by using your extensive project leadership
• Ensure solid operational trial management knowledge and experience
• Contribute directly to our core business and our focus on delivering new innovative treatments to the benefit of patients Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A MSc in Natural Sciences and 5 years of relevant experience, or
• A BSc in Natural Science or equivalent with at least 7 years of relevant experience (e.g., CRA, Clinical Project Manager, Local Trial Manager)
• A strong track record of making successful retention strategies for sites and countries As a person, you possess strong people and leadership skills, excel in stakeholder management and that you are comfortable taking the lead and are a strong communicator. About the department
We drive the obesity and metabolism development portfolio by developing new and better treatments for people with obesity and/or NASH. We are responsible for the establishment of medical and clinical strategies as well as for the execution of clinical trials within obesity and NASH.
