The position We are seeking a Team Lead to lead a team of 7-9 dedicated project managers responsible for a wide range of medical education activities, including development and execution. This responsibility spans across the entire therapy area portfolio for all countries worldwide in collaboration with various stakeholders across Global Medical Affairs and other parts of the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for: Ensuring strategy deployment Setting the direction for the future of delivering excellence within the full area of responsibility Driving quality and process improvement initiatives across the team Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: Master’s degree in business or other related fields Solid experience in setting direction, engaging others, prioritization according to strategic aspirations and stakeholder management Great interpersonal skills, including a proven track record in leadership or people management experience Preferably experience within Pharma or related industries and an understanding of Medical Affairs is an advantage Fluency in oral and written English On a personal level, you should demonstrate inclusive leadership by valuing and actively listening to diverse perspectives while keeping a strategic overview to ensure collaboration across business functions. In Scientific Dialogue Office, we drive global medical education activities and engagements for Key Opinion Leaders & Health Care Professionals. Moreover, we collaborate with key affiliates and global stakeholders to ensure pivotal results that meet the strategic goals of Medical Affairs on a global and local level.
