Digital Transformation Consultant Do you have a passion for digital innovation and a desire to make a difference in the healthcare industry? We are searching for a strategic thinker with a background in consulting or corporate strategy to lead business analysis, evaluate opportunities, and support our Digital Innovation Garage. As a key player in our Digital Transformation & Moonshots team, you'll have the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on the digital future of Novo Nordisk and drive change in the fight against chronic diseases. About the department As part of the Business Innovation Garage, located in our corporate headquarters in Bagsværd, Denmark, the Digital Transformation & Moonshots team is dedicated to enable scouting, testing, and incubation of new technologies to unlock new opportunities and potential moonshots. With a focus on digital strategy development, our team works with opinion leaders across several organisational layers in the company to drive digital transformation and growth. What is behind the title? As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you'll work with the team and external partners to analyse the complex digital landscape, communicate it clearly to stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Digital Transformation & Moonshots. With a focus on driving change, you'll be responsible for: Leading analysis of strategic initiatives with external partners Managing the digital strategic portfolio Providing subject matter expertise and support to the NN digital strategy group Collaborating with the Head of Digital Transformation and Business Innovation Garage management team on portfolio development and acceleration Helping to build a network of Digital Innovation Hubs and strengthening our external representation in health-tech events Contributing to a growing and thriving team culture Do you have what it takes? We're looking for someone with 3-4 years of experience in strategy or consulting. Ideally you have a Master's degree in either business administration, engineering, computer science, economics, or another related field. In addition, the ideal candidate has: A proven track record of challenging the status quo and driving strategy transformation A passion for digital trends and a deep knowledge of the digital landscape Experience building relationships and working with multiple stakeholders on cross-functional and multinational initiatives A background in managing change, preferred but not required Having worked in digital healthcare topics is a plus, but not a requirement.
