The department is newly established and is a part of manufacturing development in the tablet area, Oral Finished Products (OFP).
The department is responsible for primary pack of tablets for clinical phase III studies as well as preparation of new packaging processes for products coming from development.
The department consists of 2 teams; an operational and a process support team and we are expanding with a qualification/equipment team. We are operating a duma line and a blister line. Many exiting things are in scope for this department within the coming years, such as implementing 2 new packaging lines, moving into a new building at site Måløv and expand our responsibility to clinical pack phase I-III. All of this means that we will be working in a project-oriented way, and it will be very exciting for us to succeed with these big tasks and projects. The position
You will be responsible for the operational planning of our activities on the blister and duma line. As our planner you will have a big stakeholder landscape to collaborate with as we share facility and equipment with other departments. Your overall task will be to gather input from our stakeholders to our production planning and make sure that we have the needed equipment, people, etc. available to deliver to our customers on time. Having many stakeholders and being a pilot production, means that demands and priorities change frequently and you need to be curious to find solutions and adapt the production plan to the new demands. Our primary stakeholders and collaborators will be:
• Business Support who has the overall responsibility for a high-level plan and long-term capacity
• Senior production planner to Manufacturing Development
• Operational planners in other departments in the facility We have within the last year worked with structuring our planning and created governances to secure that we look ahead and are aligned on planning in our shared facilities and you will be a part making sure these structures and governances are followed. The operational planning role can be combined with other responsibilities, depending on your wishes and competences. If you for example have worked with globalLIMS, SAP, PAS-X or so and would like to keep those competences.
Qualifications
The person that we are looking for has an education background that might vary from a technician diploma to a bachelor or master’s degree in pharmacy, engineering or similar. Moreover, to succeed in this role, you: • Have 1-2 years of experience as a production planner, or are a newly graduate with relevant student jobs experiences
• Have a solid LEAN mindset
• Haver excellent communication skills
• Are fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken If you have worked within the pharmaceutical industry, it will be seen as advantage but it’s not mandatory. On a personal level, you have a positive can-do attitude and thrive in an everchanging environment. You connect easily with all organisational levels due to your excellent communication and people skills. You can quickly create an overview over possible solutions, consequences and needed compromises and you have a passion for setting structure and standards.
