Then, you might be our new senior Validation Professional for Technology Innovation with a proven track record within Aseptic Production (AP). Apply now and join us! The position Your initial objective will be to support ongoing innovation projects to reduce manual operations in the critical zone. The support will include setting direction for future operations in the aseptic area and into the critical zone in close collaboration with our aseptic specialists. You will participate with aseptic processing and environmental monitoring experience from the early to late stages of our projects. Consequently, you will be part of listing the relevant requirements and developing and maturing the right concepts. Further down the line you will be responsible for establishing the documentation for the developed solutions and you will also take part in the qualification at the first installations. In your role you will be working closely together with our production sites around the world and there will be occasional travel activity. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect the ideal candidate to have: An innovative mind set and hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in biology, chemistry, pharmacy or another relevant scientific field. At least 5 years of experience with cGMP and preferably have experience related to aseptic production requirements e.g., aseptic behaviour, smoke studies (air flow patterns), environmental monitoring, aseptic process simulation (APS/media fill) etc. Solid experience establishing and working with validation documentation and regulatory requirements. On a personal level, you are outgoing and eager to search for the opportunities in partnerships since you will to some extent be working together with external partners. You possess great communication and interpersonal skills as these are essential tools on your road to success. About the department You will be a part of our AP Innovation & Development team in Manufacturing Development in Injectable Finished Products, Product Supply. Your working place will be at our Technology Innovation unit in Bagsværd. Our mission is to eliminate human interaction with our injectable products by means of optimisation, robotics and automation. You will be working together with academics, technicians, engineers, and external development partners covering a wide range of disciplines.
