The Position As associate manager you will be responsible and accountable for the Products & Filing team with approx. 13 dedicated scientists. The team is responsible for Marketed products and ensures product quality throughout the Life Cycle Management of the products. Collaboration with our regulatory affairs department is important to succeed in writing the filing documents to Health Authorities. Examples of other tasks in the team includes maintaining drug product specifications, statistical analysis, training and GMP responsibility. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to guide, coach and lead your employees in the team. You set the direction for the team and mentor members of your team for individual growth. You will also:
  • Collaborate with numerous stakeholders outside the department such as QC, Chemistry Manufacturing and Control (CMC), local production, contract and local manufacturing, affiliates and more.

  • Be responsible for effective resource allocation in your team.

  • Keep focus on driving performance and work with continuously improvements and innovation.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A master’s degree in pharmacy, engineering or similar.

  • 2 years of people management experience.

  • Strong GMP and LEAN mindset.

  • Experience with tablet production is a plus.

  • Experience from MDev, Production or QC.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English.

    • On a personal level you have a positive can-do attitude. You must have excellent communication skills and a passion for setting structure and standards in an ever-changing complex environment. Furthermore, you must be able to translate strategy into ambitious goals. You can prioritize and make bold decisions. People skills is a must. About the Department Oral Finished Products (OFP) MDev Support and stability employs approximately 60 highly skilled and motivated employees. Our mission is to bring all the oral products in the pipeline from late development to market production, with focus on optimizing the processes and products. Moreover, we are responsible for documenting the stability of the products and writing documentation for authorities for both new and marketed products. At the same time, we support products on the market, Life Cycle Management (LCM), and new products (NPE). The department consist of 4 teams: Stability team, Products & Filing team, LCM Process team and NPE Process team. The department is newly established, and we are in an ongoing process for optimising and finding the best benefits of bringing all tablet products and competences together.
