We are looking for a colleague with experience in strategy consulting or in corporate strategy transformation. Our Digital Strategy Transformation and Moonshots team leads business analysis, evaluates opportunities and supports our innovation garage. About the department Digital Transformation and Moonshots is part of Business Innovation Garage at our headquarters in Denmark, a high growth unit in Novo Nordisk and part of Digital Incubator and Innovation. The Digital Transformation team drives digital strategy development with our innovation consulting and open innovation colleagues. Digital Transformation stakeholders include our team and a range of leaders from VPs to EVPs hence supporting a number of business units spanning the digital health agenda in the company. What is behind the title? As Digital Transformation Consultant, you will join the Digital Transformation and Moonshots team as a strategy lead. You will work with the team and externals to simply visualize the complex digital pharma landscape and communicate it clearly to peers, the Business Innovation Garage management team and leaders across the company. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Digital Transformation & Moonshots. Responsibilies to take: Lead : analysis of concurrent strategic initiatives, classification of projects according to scope, progress and help the management team manage the strategy portfolio Support : the NN digital strategy secretariat with subject matter expertise, input on meetings for the senior leadership as well as oversee delegated actions towards product owners of the digital transformation Spar : with the Head of Digital Transformation, business innovation garage management team and peers on work amongst business units, stages of the portfolio including but not limited to identifying cases where we can accelerate our Moonshots portfolio Help articulate how we participate in building the network of the Digital Innovation Hubs and our external representation in health-tech events towards strong measurable outcomes Help build a culture of a growing team and leadership. Do you have what it takes? We do expect you to have 2-5 years of experience working in strategy or consulting. You hold a relevant Master’s degree in business.
In addition to this, you have a proven track record with strategy transformation that challenges the status quo. knowledge and passion for digital trends. experience in developing relationships and working with multiple stakeholders on high-profile cross-functional and multinational initiatives. experience with managing change would be an asset Varied backgrounds are welcome.
