Then join us for a life-changing career at the Novo Nordisk Digital Innovation Hub In September 2021, we launched our Digital Innovation Hub at the IT University of Copenhagen (ITU) to create a platform for connecting and co-creating with academia and entrepreneurs. We are looking for a profile that can help us take the platform and our engagement with academia to the next level. What's behind the title? In this position, you will be co-located, working from our Digital Innovation Hub at ITU and the Novo Nordisk HQ in Bagsværd. Your main responsibilities as Academia Alliance Manager will be:
  • Lead the learning agenda by building a solid relationship with the faculty and student communities at ITU, establishing structures for collaboration and ensuring internal stakeholders at NN can interact with ITU stakeholders
  • Be aone point of contact with external stakeholders at ITU as well as other universities and educational institutions
  • Take the initiatives to bring new ideas from academia to the Business Innovation Garage management team.
  • Spar with our eight digital innovation hubs to publish and share best-case practices with academia that could move our collaboration forward
  • Grow into managing our alliances across the world, supporting the digital transformation and moonshots team realise its collaboration ambitions
    • Qualifications This role requires a combination of experience with Digital Innovation and strong communication skills. We expect you to hold a Master's degree in a relevant discipline combined with 3+ years of experience working with Digital Innovation and external stakeholder management. Alongside this, you have
  • A proven track record in working on projects and communicating in written and oral English with a diverse stakeholder landscape.
  • Experience in working with academia or a good understanding of how academic collaborations work would be a great advantage
    • As a person, you are analytical and structured in your approach to problem-solving. You can work strategically, set direction, coordinate, and enjoy the variation in daily tasks. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive when you engage with stakeholders. About the department While you will engage with the teams working from the Novo Nordisk Digital Innovation Hub, you will also be part of a diverse unit called the Business Innovation Garage. The unit focuses on various digital innovation activities within internal innovation consulting, moonshots, open innovation, digital strategy, and transformation.
