The position Working as a Filling Professional, you will be a part of a very dedicated, dynamic and highly skilled sub-team of five professionals and one specialist. Your daily tasks will include, but surely not be limited to:
  • The participation in troubleshooting and support in general and to deviations.
  • The maintenance of corporate documents and procedures, transfers and validation of products at different sites.
  • The participation in improvement projects across the organisation.
  • The implementation of the new regulations in relation to the update of EU GMP Annex 1, in which you will play an important role.
    • You must thrive in an ever-changing environment where your support and decisions make an impact across different sites and enjoy stakeholder collaboration in a global setting. As the position is supporting globally some travel can be expected. As we are stronger together you must see yourself as a team player with great ability to create relations and collaboration. We need a yes, we can attitude where no challenges are too big or too small to handle and a willingness to look for new and improved ways to make our processes even better - changing the game. You must be dedicated about your tasks and value the quality of your work. Further, you must be eager to learn and develop your skills. We will set the scene in a motivating environment with direct impact globally and a close collaboration with very experienced colleagues willing to help you develop – you decide how far. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
  • An academic background within science, engineering, pharmacy or similar.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an GMP regulated environment within aseptic filling.
  • A quality mindset.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English.
    • As a person, you are very eager and willing to learn whilst showing a can-do attitude and the impression that no challenge is too big or too small to handle in the context of a busy and dynamic workday. You know the value of building relations and create collaboration in a global environment. Having said that, we expect you to be a team player energized by finding sustainable solutions together whilst being open-minded to understand how fast things happen and change within a fast-paced environment. About the department In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) we produce high-quality products fighting diabetes worldwide. Site Support & Improvements (SSI) is a dynamic department in IFP Manufacturing Development, supporting our global IFP aseptic production sites and setting the direction for new technologies, innovation, and production optimisation globally. We have a strong focus on making a difference in close collaboration with the IFP aseptic production sites, by implementing novel solutions based on data driven decisions and in accordance with GMP regulations.
