The Position As a system manager you are responsible for the operation of the IT- and automation systems used in the production plant. Examples of typical tasks are: Implementing changes to ensure effective operations and continuous compliance with authority expectations, IT-security requirements, GAMP5, GMP etc. Writing and Approving change requests, test protocols and instructions Contributing to incident management and systematic problem solving in an ITIL-framework Executing quality activities such as risk assessments Present the IT-systems during audits and inspections Coordinate activities with different stakeholders such as maintenance and changes on the systems Identify improvements and optimize processes by using LEAN tools Offer advice and consultancy to the IT- and automation supporters Participate in projects where you ensure that new IT-systems meet User- and GMP- requirements Please note: there are no people management responsibilities with this position About the department You will join the IT Team in the Business Support department, Insulin Manufacturing 2 (IM2) in Kalundborg, Denmark. We are approximately 140 colleagues in Business Support and support the plant with Environment, training and document handling, Supply chain, Finance, Project office, BIO, LEAN and IT. The IT team consist of 15 employees who run and maintain the production IT systems. The production IT systems consist of PCS systems (PROCOS, SattLine, 800XA) and PI System as well as several PLC systems. Qualifications As our new colleague you fulfill several of the following bullets: An MSc degree within Electrical Engineering, Automation or Computer Science or a BSc degree within the same subject areas supplemented by 1-2 years of experience An interest in working with- and develop skills in automation systems Understanding of how to convey complex information to varying audiences and thereby ensuring stakeholder buy-in An appetite for solving complex problems to reach feasible applicable solutions You have a strong quality mindset and analytical approach to challenges Knowledge or experience with Service Now, ITIL is considered an advantage.
