We are looking for a business partner to take up the role as Risk Analyst in Group Reporting & Insights in Business Finance. As Risk Analyst, you will be exposed to all activities in the Novo Nordisk global value chain, which will enable you to develop unique business understanding and establish a broad network in the organisation. About the department The Group Reporting & Insights team is responsible for the financial and risk management of Novo Nordisk, supporting key decisions for Executive Management, the CFO and the SVP of Business Finance. As well as driving the Corporate financial processes, the team is responsible for tracking performance against the company’s strategic priorities and analysing the impact on various incentive programmes. In addition, the team is responsible for executing the risk reporting process and driving the overall enterprise risk management system in Novo Nordisk. You will be part of a young and engaged team consisting of 7 employees in Denmark, supported by colleagues from Global Business Services in India. We invest significant resources in developing our employees through close sparring, frequent feedback and by giving interesting tasks and a great degree of responsibility. The job In this role, you will have a broad array of responsibilities, such as: Performing risk assessments and quantifications across the value chain Supporting our Senior Risk Advisor in the execution of the global risk reporting process Ensuring Executive Management and the Board of Directors are kept up to date with regards to the most significant business developments from across the organisation through periodic updates To accomplish these tasks, you will be required to develop a deep understanding of Novo Nordisk’s value chain and strategic priorities. You will experience a steep learning curve, which enables numerous future career opportunities in the global Novo Nordisk organisation. Qualifications You hold a master’s degree within business or economics and have 0-2 years of working experience. You have strong analytical skills, while also being able to keep an eye for the overall purpose. You are comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and have a particular interest in learning and understanding the business.
