This is your opportunity to play a crucial role in an accelerated and strategically critical program to globally expand our Aseptic Production facilities called AP Expansions. The position As a People Leader, you are a servant leader – who has a passion for leading people enabling IT and Automation for a complex and strategically critical program – someone who can set the direction, provide guidance, care for people’s wellbeing and drive their development.
You will be working with sophisticated business challenges across the global program with keen focus on accelerating our recruitment and onboarding processes.
You will report to Project Vice President for IT & Automation, AP Expansions who has the overall responsibility for business partnering, design and execution of the program; and be a key member of the Core Leadership Team driving our people strategy.
As a member of People Leader – Community of Practice you act as Ambassador for AP Expansions – IT & Automation and be responsible for sharing and adopting best practices.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Direct Manager for 10-15 Automation Engineers/Specialists and Senior Project Managers ensuring the well-being and development of employees Partner and collaborate closely with our Track Leads to create the best possible environment for high-performing product teams Stay curious, empathetic, listen to understand, and support our automation specialists and project managers in this fast-paced global program Daily responsible for the team and being the escalation point Support business and the track leads with sparring and support in handling delivery or execution challenges Develop and drive people strategy incl. sourcing of talents – make/buy, partnering and/or growing talents internally, as well as recruitment, retainment, attraction, and rotation Manage costs, contracts, and budgets
Qualifications
We see our next colleagues as having:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related fields Minimum of 4-5 years of solid experience in IT & Automation projects A proven track record of leading teams specialised in IT & Automation projects Experience working with complex programs driven by strategically crucial timelines Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Curious and empathetic towards the team and stakeholders Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite
By utilizing your leadership skills and knowledge about complex program management, you will play an instrumental role in strengthening the team of specialists and project managers, in close collaboration with our Track Leads.
About the department
Started in April 2022, DD&IT PS -AP Expansions is in Gentofte, Denmark. We are organized in a multi-dimensional matrix structure to strengthen cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration. The complexity is higher due to the diversity in the team which is composed of people hired internally, allocated from various departments, coming from many of our external strategic IT, automation and engineering partners, etc..
Our ambition is to design and build future-proof, global aseptic production facilities, by establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable the facilities to digitally evolve.
In this department, we work very closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering and various technology partners internally and externally.
