Do you imagine yourself taking the centre stage and working with latest technologies at a global level for Novo Nordisk? Do you want to create value by harmonizing processes and centralizing solutions? Are you up for scaling Facility Monitoring solutions in Manufacturing IT to new heights? If yes, you might be our new team member. The position As a Business Analyst for the solution called novoFMS (novo Facility Monitoring System), you will act as a liaison between the Line of Business/end users and novoFMS central team. You will be responsible for: Conducting requirement gathering Identifying and analysing the business needs Translating business requirements into application requirements Defining various scope and objectives Creating and implementing best practices with high impact on global business results The position is based in Denmark. Qualification Your academic background is Technician, IT/OT Engineering, MSc., or similar. You have experience with implementation of OT/IT solutions and troubleshooting, and you are familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Ideally, you have experience with BMS or FMS, but it is not a must. As a person you are flexible, structured, proactive, self-driven and team oriented. You are eager to learn, and you are curious by nature. As our corporate language is English, you must be proficient in both written and spoken English. About the department The department sets the strategic direction with technology and implements global solutions by use of some of the newest technologies available, for example, IoT. We belong to ‘Digital, Data and IT’ (DD&IT). Our team operates primarily out of Bagsværd, Denmark and works in close collaboration with key stakeholders from Product Supply across the globe. This means you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes forward. Your colleagues will consist of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and System Managers. You will be part of a high performing team characterised by team spirit, quality mindset, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Amidst this, you will have fun while driving meaningful change.
