Would you like to use your coaching abilities, stakeholder management skills, and urge for continuously improving processes to help reach more patients? Does supporting Novo Nordisk’s global production sites on their strategic journey towards living LEAN (or cLEAN®, as we call it in Novo Nordisk) Leadership sound like an interesting and motivating opportunity? Then you might be the Global Lean Leadership Coach we are looking for. About the department Injectable Finished Products (IFP) is an area within Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organisation that is responsible for seven global production sites. IFP Business Support consists of ~60 highly skilled employees within everything from Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Business Intelligence to Project Management. As a cLEAN Partner in IFP Business Support, you will become part of the Strategy & Operational Excellence department which is responsible for facilitating knowledge sharing and running strategic and operational processes across the production sites. This includes driving the global agenda within cLEAN. The position A global cLEAN Leadership Onboarding Programme is being launched in the beginning of 2023 and your main responsibilities will be to ensure its successful implementation and continuous development. This will require you to cooperate and align with many international stakeholders from both the production sites and HQ and you will be working closely together with cLEAN specialists. In this role, your tasks will include:
  • Coaching local cLEAN teams at the production sites
  • Developing and updating training material
  • Gathering and analysing data on onboarding performance
  • Continuously optimising processes related to the onboarding programme
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing across the production sites through recurring business community sessions
    • You can expect to travel between our sites in Denmark in Bagsværd (where you will be based), Kalundborg, and Hillerød. Limited travel activities should also be expected to our production sites in Brazil, USA, China, and France ( approximately 30 days/year). Qualifications To be successful in this job, you should have:
  • Relevant experience from working with LEAN tools and optimisation,
  • Experience in coaching leaders,
  • As we are a global company and an international team, fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
    • Moreover, the below qualifications are a strong plus but not a requirement:
  • An academic degree within e.g. Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics,
  • Danish language skills,
  • Experience within pharma,
  • Experience working with PowerApps and in PowerBI/Tableau.
    • As a person, you are outgoing with a strong personal drive and dedication. You are open-minded and flexible. Your interpersonal and communication skills assist you in creating trustful relations across professions and business areas and in listening to your stakeholders. You bring a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. You like being part of a professional team, have a high energy level, are proactive and initiative, and you work with a high level of engagement.
