You will be part of the IT System Management in the Technical Support department, which is responsible for maintenance & support of IT, facilities, utilities, equipment, and other support related functions.
The IT System Management team’s responsibilities are to initiate, drive, and participate in various IT related tasks with the purpose to ensure our production, compliance and future quality and regulatory requirements. In OFP we work together with one common goal; to deliver our products to the patients that needs it, so that we can do a life-changing difference. In this position you will contribute to this by making sure, that our production systems support the tablet production in the best possible way. Among you daily tasks, you will:
• support IT System Managers
• ensure that our production systems are in compliance through performing reviews, such as Configuration Reviews, IT PSEs, and similar
• trouble shoot the system in case of issues, take back-ups, administrate users, patch the IT Systems
• ensure that Disaster Recovery process is up to date As we are rapidly growing and adding more Systems to our infrastructure, it will also be you supporting IT System Managers in validating new IT Systems.
Qualifications In order to succeed in this role, you:
• Have a few years of experience with IT, student jobs, and/or internships are also relevant
• Are fluent in Danish and English
• It is an advantage if you have experience with IT systems in production or worked as e.g., IT Supporter in your previous role and have understanding of ITSM processes and systems On a personal level, you thrive in a dynamic environment where the priorities often change and where you do not compromise on the quality of your work and the documentation within your scope.
