Then this is a great opportunity for you to further develop yourself as a project manager whilst creating added value for millions of patients worldwide. Come and join our Project Office team in Bagsværd! The Position As Project Manager you will be responsible for cross-functional projects that have a strategic impact to our manufacturing site in Bagsværd. You will drive and facilitate your own projects and engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will set the direction for you project team, and be responsible for all project metrics (cost, budget, and time). You will be anchored in the Project Office, a team consisting of 8 skilled and engaged Project Managers, who run a diverse portfolio of Projects that includes new technologies (machines and processes), IT and line improvements.
Qualifications We are looking for candidates that:
• Hold a STEM degree (either Bachelor or Master).
• Have at least 3 years of experience as Project Manager, leading projects in manufacturing, development, or quality assurance.
• Have excellent command of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements (GMP) within pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
As a person, you are a self-starter, that is capable to set direction and drive results independently. You possess leadership and interpersonal skills, and can engage people, build trust, and get commitment from stakeholders to support your projects. You are comfortable in a rapid changing and dynamic work environment and can prioritize and not lose sight of the bigger picture.
About the Department Bagsværd is part of the production network for Injectable Finished Products at Novo Nordisk. The local Project Office is part of Business Support – an area responsible for projects, logistics, finance, lean, digitalization, training, facilities and EHS.
