Are you ready to lead and motivate a team of highly skilled QA specialist, professionals and supporters in the QA Process Support team working with quality assurance to the complete supply chain? The Position You will be associate manager for a team that is responsible for GMP support and quality assurance of processes related to sourcing operations and for coordination of projects, audits, and various GMP systems. The team consists of 15 QA specialists, professionals and supporters engaged in assurance of quality in all departments in Sourcing Operations and Strategic Sourcing. You and your team will cooperate closely with our stakeholders in warehouses, QC laboratories, purchasing, caps production, and other QA departments to improve the internal processes and develop the quality mindset. The main tasks will be to: •     Support your employees in their daily efforts to solve quality challenges (such as handling of deviations) in a changing high pace environment. •     Support our stakeholders with your strong quality mindset and motivation to succeed in a joined effort •     Have responsibility for your team’s performance, setting targets and reaching them. •     Set direction, motivate and develop your employees to keep the highly engaged As part of the management team in QA, you will be responsible for implementing quality strategies in your area. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: •     A master’s degree in pharmaceutical science, engineering, or a related discipline. •     5 years of experience in QA. •     2 years of experience in leadership. •     Excellent quality mindset. •     Knowledge of GMP rules and quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry. •     Experience with audits and inspections from health authorities As a person you have a high drive and sense of initiative combined with empathy and the ability to support and engage the employees. You are known for your positive mindset and you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and many stakeholders. As we are cooperating broadly with many stakeholders, excellent collaboration, and communication skills are needed. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken About the Department Sourcing QA is responsible for Quality Assurance of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials going into all of Novo Nordisk A/S Products. We are responsible for Quality Assurance of our suppliers who are located all over the world. Furthermore we assure the foundation for release of materials used in the many products produced by Novo Nordisk A/S. A combination of ensuring a high standard of incoming materials, and involvement in investigations into quality issues by the use of LEAN tools is part of our daily work to improve and secure robustness in our internal processes.
