We are currently looking for an Implementation Lead to coordinate and support the deployment of IT Solutions within our global production facilities. Apply now and join us for a life-changing career! The job As our new Implementation Lead, your main responsibilities will be: Pursue and coordinate the implementations in line with roadmap and directions Playing a contributor role in our Lean Portfolio Management, product funnelling and throughout product maturity into scale, and ensuring feedback loops With DevOps mindset and in cooperation with vendors, end users and engineering team establishing, maintaining, and continuously developing the best practice toolbox for implementation Follow and support each implementation– via online collaboration Apart from that, you will be following-up on business value realisation and reporting to Product Owners and driving the strategic approach together with the Product Team. We are seeking 2 new colleagues to cover the same role but for 2 different solutions. One colleague will implement our Global CCTV system in close collaboration with our application vendor, Central System Management setup, and Line of Business. The other colleague will lead and coordinate the deployment of our central computerised Building Management system (BMS) on new sites Qualifications We are looking for pragmatic, ambitious and proactive colleagues who can contribute to the teams both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences: 3-5 years of experience within project management and able to use Agile tools for project control Implementation of IT/digitalisation solutions preferably with international reach An eye for spotting areas of improvement and a drive to get things done Strong stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication skills Experience from global organisation As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both in written and spoken. Due to our global presence, you should be ready to travel to our global sites on a few occasions per year (below 3 international travels). Primarily, we seek to do all collaboration via online tools. About the department The department sets the strategic direction with technology and implements global solutions by use of some of the newest technologies available. We belong to ‘Digital, Data and IT’ (DD&IT). Our department operates primarily out of Bagsværd, Denmark and works in close collaboration with key stakeholders from Product Supply (manufacturing facilities) across the globe. This means you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes forward. Your colleagues will consist of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Implementation Leads and System Managers.
