As Head of Project Planning Management in Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control QA (CMC QA) you will together with your team be responsible for the quality strategy for all development projects in our pipeline ensuring the quality from early development until submission to the authorities. You will set objectives and deliver results with your team that has a major impact on the Quality Assurance function results and a positive impact on CMC. Further, you will lead a team of highly skilled and experienced Project Managers in close cooperation. In your role, you must use your communications and people skills to handle a highly complex and inspiring stakeholder landscape across Novo Nordisk. Among your responsibilities, you will:
• Ensuring quality in our development projects together with your team
• Lead the team in line with Novo Nordisk Way
• Be responsible for people processes and people development along with coaching and mentoring
• Be responsible for overall performance towards line of business and your team’s performance
• Be responsible for the great cooperation with stakeholders thinking partnering and customer focus You will also establish and maintain or Quality Management System in compliance with Novo Nordisk’s quality Finally, you will communicate on a daily basis within the team and department as well as to all stakeholders including R&D projects, CMC Development, QA, Regulatory Affairs, process support departments, cLEAN office, and external partners. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold a master´s degree
• Have extensive experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Have a proven record as a leader
• Are fully proficient in English
• Preferably have knowledge within the areas of CMC/Product Supply and integration of companies As a person, you are a role model that inspires and motivate your team. You set ambitious goals and identify solutions to complex business challenges. Thanks to your communication skills and being authentic and honest, you build and benefit from strong relations. You challenge the status quo and pursue goals despite discouragement or opposition, still reflecting constructively on feedback and seeking support from others.
About the department
The department consists of 12 experienced and dedicated Project Managers. The department is one point of entry for all R&D projects to CMC QA and responsible for the planning, coordination and follow up on quality aspects in the project strategy and development plans. The department is also responsible for preparing quality agreements and supply chain diagrams and the one point of entry for quality items from Contract Manufacturing organisations to CMC QA.
