The Position As a Senior Manager Solutions you will lead a new established team of 10 colleagues within the Health and Safety (HS) Solutions area, that drives cross-functional activities in the unit and deliver a one-point-of-entry customer focused support. You will be a member of the Novo Nordisk Health & Safety management team, where we set direction for the department and our strategic priorities together and strive to lead as role models by ensuring a strong and caring working environment. The customers come from across Novo Nordisk globally, and your team’s support and solutions enable Novo Nordisk easy access to guidance, courses, IT systems, and tools. The team unifies and builds on the existing department’s subject matter expertise within health, safety and well-being. Your common priority is to optimise existing processes and deliverables towards a simple and agile working culture. Your tasks will more specifically include: Setting direction for NNHS training portfolio with focus on Line of Business needs and customer experience and provide high quality HS training activities to NN globally Driving HS Support, conceptualise and ensure lean setup and satisfied customers Being responsible for relevant and easy access to guidance, tools and learning resources on applied platforms i.e. SharePoint, AskHR, Degreed Ensure prioritisation of resources and stakeholder involvement in HS IT solutions and projects with focus on customer experience. Ensuring compliant and timely reporting of accidents/incidents to Danish Authorities and Insurance as well as to NN Annual Report and ESGportal Support to the Working Environment Council (WEC) and related maintenance of Danish Health and Safety organisation, ensuring professional execution of secretary function for the Danish WEC Cross functional sparring and alignment with People & Organisation Business partnering and with other Global People & Organisation Centres of Excellences. Lead the team members’ professional and personal development to ensure continuous high performance to the satisfaction of the unit’s customers and stakeholders Qualifications You know how to drive effectiveness and add value to our solutions with a lean process mindset and bring experience in change management into service and solution models. You bring good capabilities with digital solutions and experience with IT projects and its implementation. You also have: Master’s degree in business administration, IT or similar Very good skills and knowledge within project management as well as LEAN processes and familiarity with Agile (e.g. SAFe) Proven track record of strong stakeholder management Managerial experience and the ability to find the adequate answers and guidance on issues or dilemmas in the stakeholder landscape Experience in Health and Safety Project management is an advantage Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Danish is a nice to have As a person you have strong interpersonal, coaching and communication skills and make sure that you understand others’ perspectives. You love taking initiative, bouncing new ideas and enjoy working independently as well as with your team.
