Then you could be one of the Administrative Assistants in Safety Surveillance – apply today! The position You will formally report to a Senior Director heading up one of the departments in Safety Surveillance. Your job will consist of various administrative tasks to support Senior Directors, including coordination of departmental meetings and seminars, preparing agenda and minutes, supporting on calendar management and travel arrangements, and keeping overview of training and travel activities. Furthermore, you will support management with on-/off-boarding of employees, managing purchase of services, and guide employees where needed. The job is based in Søborg and offers opportunities for personal and professional development. You will be working with highly engaged colleagues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You will become a member of an inclusive administrative team that supports across Safety Surveillance and has frequent interactions with other assistants in Global Safety. Qualifications We expect that you have solid experience from similar positions and that you thrive by working in a big organisation. You are a team player with a proactive approach, you are resourceful and flexible, contributes actively to a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and have a high level of integrity and loyalty. You have strong IT skills and know the ins and outs of Office 365, easily learn, and adapt to new IT-systems, and share what you know with your peers. You take ownership for the tasks, work structured with a sense for details, have a flair for numbers, and welcome new responsibilities. You have the ability and willingness to adjust to new situations in a continuously developing environment. You master good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English.
