Then this is your moment, as we are looking for a new SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) Project Manager to join our Devices & Delivery Solutions organisation! Apply now! The position As Project Manager, your main responsibility is to lead the development of SaMD with the project team(s) from project initiation to launch and ensure that project deliverables are delivered according to the schedule and budget. You will manage a cross-functional team and ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders, e.g. IT, Commercial, regulatory, quality, etc. to reach common goals. Your main tasks will be to: Align with the Program Manager, the project team, and stakeholders on scope, goals, and expected deliverables. Bring a new critical approach to development of the projects. Create plans and drive performance by monitoring progress, aligning priorities, removing roadblocks, and escalating issues. Drive projects and improve the way they are executed by challenging the status quo, identifying process gaps, and ensuring solutions are pursued. Create an engaging high performing project team The portfolio of projects is not only expanding but also heading into new therapy areas as well as leveraging integrated solutions across digital and physical. This means you will engage with a high level of complexity where we will need your expertise and collaboration skills to get the best results. To meet these new challenges, we need to refine our capabilities and processes – also within project management. Qualifications As a project manager, with insights into the project needs, you will be an important contributor in shaping the future ways of working in SaMD (Software as a Medical Device), Devices & Delivery Solutions. To be successful in this role you have: A technical Master’s degree in Engineering or similar. At least 4 years of project management experience within product development, IT development, or similar. Acquired project management experience within a production setting, a development organisation, or within other highly regulated environments. Full proficiency in written and spoken English. It would be seen as an advantage if you have managed large projects and have worked within the Pharmaceutical industry, with SaMD and hands-on experience working Agile. On a personal level you have a proactive outlook, enjoy new challenges, and result orientated to drive processes and meet deadlines. You have experience navigating in a complete stakeholder landscape and are able to analyse and understand complex structures and systems and use excellent communications skills when presenting this. About the department We are a part of Novo Nordisk Devices & Delivery Solutions, which is responsible for the development of devices & delivery solutions for disease self-treatment within all business areas of Novo Nordisk A/S. We are on a journey to develop accompanying SaMD solutions within relevant therapy areas across Novo Nordisk A/S and are a part of the Devices and Delivery Solutions organisation developing the best, most innovative, and widely-used injection devices in the world. The department consists of System Engineers and Research scientist, concept developers working within both research and development. The department is responsible for delivering a crucial companion for integrated solutions developed by the organisation to ensure best outcomes for the users.
