The position
We offer a position in a fast pace-team, building a digitalized supply chain planning solution where Master Data and data quality are at paramount importance to our success. Our new Master Data Governance Specialist will be part of setting up direction and governance on master data and data management with the new planning solution. You will be involved in robust implementation of the governance, working with different level of stakeholders, end -users, and management level. The successful candidate will be ensuring proper implementation by requiring regular review of adherence, process confirmation and putting accountability where it belongs. In this job, you can look forward to:
  • Working with an agile set-up where planning, proper execution, progress tracking and risk management are some of your important deliverables
  • Setting direction and establishing Master Data governance with the new planning solution
  • Building processes which are effective, compliant to our requirements, and sustainable
  • Listening to your end-users and taking the Voice of Customer into considerations
  • Working together with Line of business, making sure proper ownership of data, setting clear roles and responsibilities between data owners, data maintainer and master data process owner
  • Lead the collaboration with the business: the organization planning, production, finance, purchasing, logistics, and sales & operations to build understanding of the end-to-end data interdependencies
  • Emphasize the importance of adhering to Master Data process and governance, focusing not only on data maintenance, but also correctness/data accuracy
  • In this role, you can expect taking active part in driving data quality mindset and ensuring high data quality in the data-carrying systems and continuous improvement of data quality. This can be achieved among others through continuous training, community building, best practice sharing and benchmarking across industries. Qualifications
    The role will require building an understanding of supply chain in pharmaceutical, industry trends and solutions, benchmark processes, practices, and quality. To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have a master’s degree in data science, Supply chain, Finance, Business management or a related field combined with several years of experience in master data management, preferably in the pharma industry or another manufacturing environment. We expect our new colleague to have:
  • Good understanding of demand, supply, distribution, and replenishment planning
  • Knowledge of relational databases and data quality
  • Tools like SAP or OMP
  • Proficiency on Setting Master Data governance
  • Stakeholder management in large and global organizations
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • It is preferred that you bring experience in working with Lean, Systematic Problem Solving, Process Mapping and Change management process in large and global organization. On a personal level, we are looking for someone who is:
