If so, you could be our new Associate Manager to lead the NPI Product team in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Development. The Position As Associate Manager of team NPI Products you will be leading 18 dedicated scientists and laboratory technicians. The team is working with processes involving stability of new products, specification setting, regulatory writing and control strategies, and through that they have a huge impact on future diabetes and obesity injectable products. Your main tasks will be to: Set the direction for the team ensuring that the prioritizations and strategies are executed.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: An academical background in sciences, engineering, pharmacy or similar.
A solid leadership background within product development, analyses, or pharmaceutical production support.

Fluency in English language.

About the Department In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) we produce our many high quality products for diabetes and obesity worldwide. New Product Introduction consists of 75 employees divided between 5 teams situated in Bagsværd, Denmark. The main responsibility of the department is the transition of development drug products into large scale production. This includes production design, material and process sciences, product stability incl. specification setting and trending, and coordination of production for late-phase clinical trials.
