The position
You will be part of the manufacturing process group within a new tablet facility expansion project. However, we are working closely together with other disciplines as well to make everything fit together perfectly! In this position you will have a big impact on how Novo Nordisk will design and operate tabletting facilities in the future.
Working in a project, your tasks will be very varied and tailored to fit your competencies, preferences and the project’s needs. In any case, you can expect your main tasks to include the following:
• Being a key player in design of new facilities for tablet production from a process perspective
• Coordinating with other specialised groups to secure the best possible fit of the facilities to the process
• Proactively contribute to alignment and information sharing across the project
• Be heavily involved in creation of documentation to support equipment and process
• Training and support of colleagues
Furthermore, you will be production and process expert in process equipment requirement setting and qualifications, as well as a contributor to process validations.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold at least master’s degree in a technical or scientific field
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience from tablet production or manufacturing development as a production supporter or process expert
• Are fully proficient in English
• Can author documents and prepare and hold presentations at a high level and for a varied audience, incl. management
You thrive in a dynamic and agile environment and manage to make decisions that do not compromise quality, even when taking the lead on activities even outside your comfort zone.
As a person you are open and know your strengths and weaknesses and you are willing to work with them; you enjoy networking with colleagues and stakeholders across the project and organisation but can also work independently and know when to reach out for help. About the department With this role, we welcome you to Emerging Technologies Expansion Project, Site Måløv, anchored in a new area ‘Fill & Finish Expansions’ who will be responsible for all major expansion activities within aseptic production, solid dosage forms, finished production, fill & finish warehousing, and QC across all production areas in Product
