The position
As QMS Technician, you will become part of a small, dedicated team responsible for ensuring safe storage and distribution of Reference Materials across Novo Nordisk with a strong focus on the GMP principles. Your primary place of work will be in Bagsværd with some work visits at our back-up facility in Hillerød.
Your main responsibilities will also include:
• Maintenance, qualification and calibration of equipment (freezers) for daily operation
• Reception, handling and distribution of Reference Materials
• Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Deviations and Change Requests
• Be part of our 24 hours on call duty together with the rest of the team approximately one week every month
• Physical work, such as pulling carts, lifting boxes, etc. should be expected. We have equipment for heavy lifting and moving items.
Qualifications
For this position, the ideal new member of our team will have:
• A technical background as either Pharmacologist, Laboratory Technician, Process Operator, Technician or similar education
• Experience within the Pharma industry
• Knowledge of GMP
• Be able to navigate in and maintain a number of core IT systems such as SAP and the like
As a person, you have great interpersonal skills and a positive mindset. Once trained, you can work independently and must be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in both Danish and English. You are service minded and always strive for excellence and simplicity.
