The position In Biotech & Rare Diseases (BDR) expansion project in Måløv, we are planning to expand our production facilities. The aim of this new expansion project is to build a completely new world-class manufacturing facility, with cutting-edge technology. This new facility aims to innovate our processes and to broaden our perspective, which is why this position requires a candidate with a good innovative mindset and the ability to adapt. Your main job tasks will be: Leading a work package in the facility Supporting the validation and development of the processes and training. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to embrace a LEAN mindset, fostering innovation and maintaining an open-minded approach. It will be essential for you to integrate Quality and Compliance into all your work processes, ensuring compliance with the standards of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). Though the project is in Måløv, interaction with the AP Expansion project on other sites is needed. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine that you have: An academic degree or equivalent relevant skills Project management experience Solid understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) Experience with filling equipment used in pharmaceutical production Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, complemented by proficient presentation abilities. As a person, you are good at handling complex assignments, and you possess the ability to constantly see opportunities rather than limitations. You should also be comfortable with working in an environment in constant change, and be able to optimize, create and implement new working practices. Moreover, it is important that you have excellent cooperation and communications skills. About the department The department is currently a part of the Fill finish expansion that has its base in Denmark. Our purpose is to build the new top-of-the-line facilities in Novo Nordisk. We are approx. 300 colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all new Novo Nordisk production facilities. The department is under development and, therefore, your colleagues will gradually grow and there will be ample opportunity to evolve during this journey.
