Senior IT Project Manager for MES roll-out In DD&IT Product Supply, we are on an exciting new journey, where we are to design and build multiple new facilities worldwide with standard, future-proof, and scalable solutions. In doing so, we are to create more flexibility, more compliance and to create the best digitalized and automated processes of the future. The position We are looking for our next Senior IT Project Manager to help us establish and roll out our future MES solutions in the Line of Business. We are on an exciting journey in rolling out PAS-X at various sites in Novo Nordisk and you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in securing production efficiency and speed for the next many years. Your responsibilities summed up:
  • Lead PAS-X rollouts across one or multiple sites, together with your team of MES analysts
  • Secure end-to-end IT Project management for the PAS-X delivery
  • Stakeholder management, cost management, and communication towards the line of business
  • Overall responsibility for resource management and delivery of the teams
  • Act as a Servant Leader, set direction, guide and coaching to ensure an Agile approach
  • Coordinate product development wishes between users and our IT development partner
    • Qualifications As a person, you are friendly, ambitious, result driven, proactive, and have an open and flexible attitude. You are known to get the job done and are open to adapt to changes around you. It is evident that you have a proven track record of delivering results and business value in your previous jobs. To be successful in this role, we require the following:
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, supply chain management or another relevant field
  • Experience with MES project rollouts (E.g., PAS-X)
  • Strong project management and governance skills
  • Pharma industry knowledge is a clear advantage
  • Experience with production/supply chain processes and/or GxP is also an advantage
    • About the department The department, MES-Program CoE is anchored in DD&IT Product Supply and is focused on implementing MES - a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), used across Novo Nordisk. We set the strategic direction and ensure that processes across production lines are automated and optimized. The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark, and work hand-in-hand with our Product Supply colleagues, meaning that you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes to the next level. The team itself is very diverse both in terms of capabilities and background, with roles spanning from project managers, product owners, SCRUM masters, and architects to hands-on MES analysts.
