The position We are looking for our next Senior IT Project Manager to help us establish roll-out our future a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects in the Line of Business. We are on an exciting journey in rolling out PAS-X at various sites in Novo Nordisk and you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in securing production efficiency and speed for the next many years. Our programme is one of the top critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk and therefore you will be part of an area with high focus from executive management and with high speed and exciting challenges. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading PAS-X projects across one or multiple sites, together with your team of MES analysts and a Line of business team.
More specifically our next principal project manager, will among many areas and tasks be responsible for the following: Drive roll-outs of smaller and large MES projects – with high executive management focus Stakeholder management, budgeting, and communication towards line of business Coordinate and keep track of project roadmaps and act on impediments and potential delays before they occur. Project management and overall responsible for delivery of the teams In charge of the project team's leadership, direction, guidance, and coaching Coordinate product development wishes between users and our IT development partner Act as Servant leader of your team(s) and ensure an Agile approach You will have the overall overview of the project delivery and have end-to-end IT Project management responsibility for the PAS-X delivery. This includes project roadmap, budgeting (up to DKK 200 mio.), resource management, analyses, delivery, hyper care and stakeholder management. We are looking for an experienced manager who have appetite and ambition to grow together with the rest of our programme.
Qualifications As a person you are friendly, ambitious, result driven, proactive and have an open and flexible attitude. You are known to get the job done and are open to adapt to changes around you. It is evident that you have a proven track record of delivering results and business value in your previous jobs. To be successful in this role, we require experience with the following: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, supply chain management or other relevant field Strong project management skills (including stakeholder management skills, project budgeting, presentation skills, governance skills and communication skills) Pharma industry knowledge is a clear advantage Production/supply chain processes and/or GxP is also an advantage Experience with MES systems (E.g., PAS-X) is an advantage Implementing IT systems as analyst, consultant, or project manager
About the department The department, MES-Programme CoE is anchored in Digital, Data & IT Product Supply (DD&IT PS) and is focused on implementing MES used across Novo Nordisk. We set the strategic direction and ensure that processes across production lines are automated and optimised. The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark and work hand-in-hand with our Product Supply colleagues, meaning that you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes to the next level. The team itself is very diverse both in terms of capabilities and background, with roles spanning from project managers, product owners, SCRUM masters, architects to hands-on MES analysts.
